Right People, Right Roles, LLC (RPR2) is the content management firm for all licensing agreements. We are seeking to aggressively grow and more effectively leverage our business by partnering with well established consulting firms that have a proven track record of success in specific vertical industries.  The firms should have consultants that comfortably operate in the “C” suite of executives, have a demonstrated competency in workforce optimization, performance management and organizational performance improvement.  The partners of the firms should logically have a desire to grow and compliment their existing business with more advanced measurement services and executive coaching.  The firms should also have a demonstrated track record of alliance partnering successes with other “third party” organizations.

Success Profiles has successfully provided “wholesale” measurement services to consulting firms and training companies for over 18 years. The assessment tools and structured approach to performance and talent management are licensed for use with Success Profiles serving as a neutral third party for diagnostic measurement and back office reporting operations. All the tools are statistically proven to be valid and reliable with a proven track record of use in a variety of business models. The services and reporting formats are timely, accurate, easy to interpret and affordable.

 

OBJECTIVE ::

Our measurement tools, methodology and comprehensive approach will allow consultants to achieve many benefits from increased business to additional advisory opportunities. Listed below are some of the more important:

  • Business development.  Expand current service portfolio by offering measurement and advisory services that lead to recurring revenue streams (an annual process) and opportunities to add value through additional – related consulting services.
  • Have greater access to the “C” suite of executives.  Since the process and tools are created for and by the senior most leaders, consultants will assist with meaningful coaching sessions the executive teams and their direct reports. In fact, every person in a leadership role (from executives to front line managers) is identified, measured and differentiated through this process.
  • Assist organizations with a structured approach to managing people through the entire human capital process. Connect selection to hiring, on-boarding to performance management, professional development and coaching, measured activities to outcomes, talent management to appointment practices, and leadership career options to succession planning.

All the measurement tools and methodologies are licensed for use in a non-exclusive agreement renewed on an annual basis with the consulting firms and their employed consultants.  The licenses are non transferrable to individual consultants (if they are to leave the firm).  All intellectual property is owned by Right People, Right Roles, LLC and cannot be copied or used in any way to create derivative works.  All performance measurement services are to be provided by Success Profiles according to a fee schedule that is based upon scale of engagement and/or volume of overall services provided.  Success Profiles maintains an ownership interest in all data compiled for overall research purposes but will not disclose the performance metrics of any individual client without the written approval from both the end use client and licensing consulting firm. Annual renewal of licensing agreements is based upon overall performance and consistent use of the tools in a professional manner. Right People, Right Roles, and Success Profiles assume no liability what so ever in any engagements that the consultants perform.  All consultants using the tools must maintain professional liability
